How do I start?
Getting started with anything is often a hurdle in itself and mental fitness is no exception. Although you will have to bring a sense of commitment yourself, we make your start as easy as possible. Just pick the platform that fits your interests (sports, kids, school, or health) and do a free registration. On each platform, the free registration gives you access to intro e-learning programs, intro workouts, and even some example application videos.

What’s inside the platforms?
If you intend to use 2Mynds independently (not in a group or with a coach), everything you need is in your platform already and because it’s built on a high-end e-learning system you will automatically be instructed along the way. Before you know it you will be:
- training, and
- applying mental skills.
These four activities are covered in four separate modules, so you can develop in steps, but at the same time, the modules are tightly integrated to make sure you cover all your bases.
What happens after I register?
No matter why you are interested in 2Mynds and how you will apply it, you’ll start by learning a little bit about 2Mynds and mental skills in a First Steps program. This is where everybody starts – literally. After that, we customize things for you, depending on the activity in which you’ll apply your mental skills, your interests, and your needs. Our approach is that we help you explore for free first and after that you can either choose a serious start with a boot camp program or an all-in approach with full access.
As an athlete, you may be challenged by all the stress that comes with competition. Nerves, anxiety about losing, playing worse in tournaments than in training, not raising your level on big points, these are just a few examples of how your mind may get in the way of performing optimally or enjoying the performance.
With 2Mynds for Sports, you will work on the five primary mental skills in the context of your own sport. You will experience how you can let your mind work for you in a state-of-the-art system, using test, learn, train, and apply cycles. We even engage your coaches and parents if that is necessary!
After a simple (and free) registration, you will start with the First Steps program. If you like the concept and experience you can either buy a START bundle and make a serious start or go all-in with the PRO bundle that gives you full access. The START bundles are sport-specific and we are currently focused on tennis and golf, but more is coming! The PRO bundle is generic and the primary skill programs are applicable across all sports.
2Mynds for Kids is meant for really young learners from four to twelve years. Young children have a natural interest to explore and focus, but in our current society we give them bad habits early. Do you have a child who has trouble concentrating? Would you like to cultivate mindfulness and emotional stability early in life? Is your child withdrawn and lacking confidence to be himself or herself? Then 2Mynds for Kids may be something for you.
2Mynds for Kids is currently under construction, but we’ll go live in early 2021. This 2Mynds platform will be very different from the Sports, School, and Health versions, with almost no reading (depending on the child’s age) and a big focus on storyboard videos.
Going to school can be fun and exciting, but it can also be stressful. 2Mynds for School helps you deal with the things that cause stress and optimize your experience and performance. And guess what, it’s not only for students but also for teachers. Some of the topics that are covered are anxiety before and during exams, making sure you rest well at night, dealing with peer pressure, and even standing up to bullies, for yourself and others.”
2Mynds for School is currently under construction, but we’ll go live in early 2021. This particular platform will have separate content for teachers and students, but the workouts overlap so that teachers and students could do those together in a physical education setting.
The 2Mynds for Health platform is the most general platform we have. It focuses on adults who would like to optimize their mind-body (not just mental) health in daily life. That includes dealing with stress, anxiety, mood and depression issues, concentration challenges, and confidence in simply being and doing things at the right place at the right time.
2Mynds for Health is currently under construction, but we’ll go live in early 2021. The content is split up in programs and applications for society and work. Access is available to individuals, but organizations can also purchase bundles for their employees.
